Where did you see this? I dont see it in update notes, and my client isnt updating at all.

Ok, sorry wrong about the vital and inscriptions. But I was right about blessed sig. Its giving me more than its suppose to.

I have divine at 14 and its suppose to give me 21 but its capped at 23. So we acually got a buff.

AFAIK, Inscriptions has been that way for a while now, hitting the 50% mark at attribute 15.
